Temporary Signage - For
businesses located in Algonquin, the Algonquin Sign Code does
allow for businesses to display temporary signage to promote
grand openings, special promotions, etc. However, all
temporary exterior signage must be in the form of a banner
attached to the building front. Approval from the Village
of Algonquin must be given prior to display through the sign
permitting process. Banners are allowed to be
displayed twice a year per address for no longer than 30 days
and cannot be displayed for two consecutive months. For more
