"Participating on a committee helped me to become familiar with the programs and benefits of the Chamber. More importantly, it helped me introduce my business to those in the business community. The bonus was. through my committee involvement going to Chamber functions were no longer a "scary thing" because I saw familiar faces."

All Chamber Committees are managed through the use of an Agenda and an agreement to keep meetings to one hour.

Committee members are encouraged to express their ideas and opinions. The success of the Chamber and the various events are due much to the time and effort each Committee member has contributed.

Involvement in a Committee does not require an inviation. Chamber members and their staff are encouraged to visit any or all of the Committees and choose the one that best suits their interest and talents.

For more information on each Committee, please call the appropriate Chair, or call the Chamber at 847-658-5300.
